Customs and Tax

When ordering from Konaka Technology and deliver items outside UK, you are considered the importer and must comply with all the laws and requirements of the country or region in which you are receiving the items. Your orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, and any additional charges for custom clearance must be borne by you. Konaka Technology has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws, duties and taxes. Custom policies vary widely from different countries or regions, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.

When you confirm to place your order, this assumes you have accepted the responsibility for the import duties and tax, additional charge and Import Trade Declaration for custom clearance. If you have not been able to complete this statement of the aforementioned and the package is subsequently returned to Konaka Technology, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15% of the total product purchase price. The balance will then be refunded back to you.

All the taxation, duties and surcharges are strictly implicated to the local laws of import. Therefore, we have to report the actual product value for Custom clearance.

  2. Cancellation and Rescheduling: We understand that plans may change. You have a 24-hour window to cancel or reschedule your pickup without any additional charges. After this period, a rescheduling fee may apply.

When you come for pick-up, remember to bring your order confirmation and ID for collection.
